My heat went out on a very cold weekend. I got 3 estimates and Westin was the most accurate and least expensive. The other 2 told me I needed a whole new system for $9500- 10,5000. All I needed was a part replaced. Westin was quick to respond and very friendly. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else in the future and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

When the inspector found a small (not dangerous) gas leak, a technician was out to fix it the next day. When we called because our furnace wasn't set up to use two-stage heat at installation, a technician came the same day to fix the issue.

Workers seemed like pretty good guys, always friendly. Willing to talk through the system and install with you if you had questions. If they didn't know the answer they would tell you, rather than make something up. I had a lot done to my house and it was over the holidays but I'd say they still made good time considering those conditions. Only been running my geo about a week but so far I'm pleased. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars but they are up there.

Cooling maintenance on a Comfortmaker AC system
System had non-condensibles in the refrigerant. Recovered all of the contaminated refrigerant. Pulling a deep vacuum on thr system, weigh in the factory charge, then finish charging by subcool method because the evaporator has a TXV.
Topped off low charge. Added leak sealant with UV dye as a precaution.
Tear down and wash of a commercial carrier ac unit. had to split the coils to wash them properly.
Cooling maintenance on 6 Carrier rooftop units. filter changes, coil cleaning, etc
Preventative maintenence inspection on six Carrier Weather Maker roof top units in Columbus, OH.
