Exceptional Service

Seth is the best!! He’s very knowledgeable & friendly & takes time to explain everything that he did on the service call. He has come out to check our air conditioner & heater many times & we have hope he continues to come out & help us whenever we need service or repairs. Thank you Seth for being the BEST!!

Honest and fair

My heat went out on a very cold weekend. I got 3 estimates and Westin was the most accurate and least expensive. The other 2 told me I needed a whole new system for $9500- 10,5000. All I needed was a part replaced. Westin was quick to respond and very friendly. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else in the future and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

Westin Air quoted and replaced the entire HVAC system in a previous home where we were tenants. They were professional, fair, thorough and timely, so when I needed work done on the AC in the home we just purchased, they were the first company I called. Installation was completed as scheduled. The guys were courteous, prompt and professional. They completed on time, and the quality of their work was outstanding, testing all installed components to ensure 100% functionality. Very responsive in fixing issues

When the inspector found a small (not dangerous) gas leak, a technician was out to fix it the next day. When we called because our furnace wasn't set up to use two-stage heat at installation, a technician came the same day to fix the issue.

Willing to work with you

Workers seemed like pretty good guys, always friendly. Willing to talk through the system and install with you if you had questions. If they didn't know the answer they would tell you, rather than make something up. I had a lot done to my house and it was over the holidays but I'd say they still made good time considering those conditions. Only been running my geo about a week but so far I'm pleased. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars but they are up there.

Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. System had a water leak internally due to broken drain hose clamp. Replace hose clamp to ensure no leakage. Informed tenant to keep an eye out for water leaks. Test ran system in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. System is operating properly, safely, and ready for Winter.

Upon arrival inspected furnace and found bad inducer motor. Motor would spin by hand but was very tight. Spray PB blaster oil on motor to attempt to free motor up, motor would not come free staying locked up. Quoted motor, tenant returned call notifying us motor finally came free while picking up replacement motor, motor is still not reliable and will be replaced. Install new draft inducer motor assembly for 80% furnace
