Seth is the best!! He’s very knowledgeable & friendly & takes time to explain everything that he did on the service call. He has come out to check our air conditioner & heater many times & we have hope he continues to come out & help us whenever we need service or repairs. Thank you Seth for being the BEST!!
My heat went out on a very cold weekend. I got 3 estimates and Westin was the most accurate and least expensive. The other 2 told me I needed a whole new system for $9500- 10,5000. All I needed was a part replaced. Westin was quick to respond and very friendly. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else in the future and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.
Westin Air is the best company around. Excellent customer service and reliability! Never had a bad experience and their staff and employees are professional, kind and so knowlegable!!
Came to evaluate my ac, gave me all the options including replacing the unit (it's 30 years old)
Seth and team at Westin are always professional, courteous, friendly and do a great job for a very fair price!
Westin Air quoted and replaced the entire HVAC system in a previous home where we were tenants. They were professional, fair, thorough and timely, so when I needed work done on the AC in the home we just purchased, they were the first company I called. Seth was dispatched to our home quickly and gave me an honest assessment of the issue along with all the available repair options. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Installation was completed as scheduled. The guys were courteous, prompt and professional. They completed on time, and the quality of their work was outstanding, testing all installed components to ensure 100% functionality. They took extra time to review operations of all components with us, and answered questions. Each of them were highly respectful, and we would recommend their team any time.
We requested a repairman to come to our house to check our furnace and water heater. They came promptly and I had a report within 2 hours. Thanks for the speed!!
When the inspector found a small (not dangerous) gas leak, a technician was out to fix it the next day. When we called because our furnace wasn't set up to use two-stage heat at installation, a technician came the same day to fix the issue.
Workers seemed like pretty good guys, always friendly. Willing to talk through the system and install with you if you had questions. If they didn't know the answer they would tell you, rather than make something up. I had a lot done to my house and it was over the holidays but I'd say they still made good time considering those conditions. Only been running my geo about a week but so far I'm pleased. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars but they are up there.
Seth was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on both furnaces. He didn't mind my asking many questions since this was our first service on these furnaces. I would definitely recommend!
Seth does a great job every time he comes by to tune up on equipment. Great customer service. Great company. I would recommend to everybody.

Furnace would not stop overheating on main limit. Changed filter to a clean one, and it continued to trip. Old filters are 20x25x1 Merv 12 and noticed the box is capable of using 4” filters so recommended filters be changed to 4” filters to allow better airflow, blower and capacitor are okay, blower wheel is dirty but not clogged to cause concern. Replaced filter with van stock to test system and it stopped overheating with that 4” filter.

Pulled new ten-conductor thermostat wire from the thermosat to the rooftop unit. There are no splices, it is one solid piece. Old wire had multiple splices and snag marks. Thermostat now controls both stages of heat and both stages of cooling. Smoke detector is for the fire contractor or electrician to complete.

Furnace needs replaced. Lennox pulse from 1984, unit is becoming extremely rusty, heat exchanger does not look good on the inside. Unit should be replaced very soon.
Upon arrival inspected upstairs unit and found unit in an overheat lockout. Reset power and test run system, gas pressures needed turned down and the blower speeds has now been turned up by approximately 100cfm to make up for house dampers. Whole house is controlled with dampers and zoned individual to each room, one of the basement units was also having overheat issues while here, increased fan speed to make up for humidifier but furnace does not have heat airflow adjustment, if unit continues to have overheat problems down the road then smaller burner orifices may be needed.
Upon arrival found furnace in a lockout for failed ignition attempts. Inspected ignition components and the burners were clogged up with a good amount of rust, pull burner assembly and scrub burners removing all scale blocking gas passages and reinstall assembly and test run furnace, unit fired off much happier and stayed running during testing, forced unit to retry ignition and few times to verify no other issues.
