Seth is the best!! He’s very knowledgeable & friendly & takes time to explain everything that he did on the service call. He has come out to check our air conditioner & heater many times & we have hope he continues to come out & help us whenever we need service or repairs. Thank you Seth for being the BEST!!
My heat went out on a very cold weekend. I got 3 estimates and Westin was the most accurate and least expensive. The other 2 told me I needed a whole new system for $9500- 10,5000. All I needed was a part replaced. Westin was quick to respond and very friendly. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else in the future and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.
Westin Air is the best company around. Excellent customer service and reliability! Never had a bad experience and their staff and employees are professional, kind and so knowlegable!!
Came to evaluate my ac, gave me all the options including replacing the unit (it's 30 years old)
Seth and team at Westin are always professional, courteous, friendly and do a great job for a very fair price!
Westin Air quoted and replaced the entire HVAC system in a previous home where we were tenants. They were professional, fair, thorough and timely, so when I needed work done on the AC in the home we just purchased, they were the first company I called. Seth was dispatched to our home quickly and gave me an honest assessment of the issue along with all the available repair options. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Installation was completed as scheduled. The guys were courteous, prompt and professional. They completed on time, and the quality of their work was outstanding, testing all installed components to ensure 100% functionality. They took extra time to review operations of all components with us, and answered questions. Each of them were highly respectful, and we would recommend their team any time.
We requested a repairman to come to our house to check our furnace and water heater. They came promptly and I had a report within 2 hours. Thanks for the speed!!
When the inspector found a small (not dangerous) gas leak, a technician was out to fix it the next day. When we called because our furnace wasn't set up to use two-stage heat at installation, a technician came the same day to fix the issue.
Workers seemed like pretty good guys, always friendly. Willing to talk through the system and install with you if you had questions. If they didn't know the answer they would tell you, rather than make something up. I had a lot done to my house and it was over the holidays but I'd say they still made good time considering those conditions. Only been running my geo about a week but so far I'm pleased. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars but they are up there.
Seth was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on both furnaces. He didn't mind my asking many questions since this was our first service on these furnaces. I would definitely recommend!
Seth does a great job every time he comes by to tune up on equipment. Great customer service. Great company. I would recommend to everybody.
Performed cooling maintenance on a Trane XL18 Two stage AC system Cleared alerts from the thermostat Cleaned electronic air cleaner pre-filter and collection cells Put Condensate treatment in the evaporator coil drain pan to mitigate drain clogging issues like we experienced last winter Water is flowing properly from the Condensate drain to the floor drain Blower is clean Washed outdoor unit with water Refrigerant charge is in spec Capacitor and Amp draws in spec Found refrigerant lines touching each out inside the unit behind the removable grille Adjusted tubing positioning to eliminate rubbing This prevented an immenent loss of refrigerant at that contact point and also quieted down the vibration noise from the unit. System is clean and operating within factory specifications at this time.

Performed cooling maintenance on a 15 year old Bryant and 6 year old Trane Customer concern of elevated electric usage Customer concern of condensate pump discharge line discoloration Discoloration caused from rust that commonly comes from older style AC evaporator coils (this is the 15yr old system.) There is no remedy for this other than replacing the coil, which is not recommended until a new AC system is required Both 16x25x1 filters are clean Condensate pumps are functioning properly No signs of water leaks Both outdoor units had extremely dirty condenser coils This is a condition that can increase electrical consumption during AC operation Tore down and thoroughly washed both units Capacitors both tested in spec Both systems are now clean and operating within specification at this time.
