My heat went out on a very cold weekend. I got 3 estimates and Westin was the most accurate and least expensive. The other 2 told me I needed a whole new system for $9500- 10,5000. All I needed was a part replaced. Westin was quick to respond and very friendly. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else in the future and I’ve already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

When the inspector found a small (not dangerous) gas leak, a technician was out to fix it the next day. When we called because our furnace wasn't set up to use two-stage heat at installation, a technician came the same day to fix the issue.

Workers seemed like pretty good guys, always friendly. Willing to talk through the system and install with you if you had questions. If they didn't know the answer they would tell you, rather than make something up. I had a lot done to my house and it was over the holidays but I'd say they still made good time considering those conditions. Only been running my geo about a week but so far I'm pleased. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars but they are up there.

2017 Trane XT95 Fuenace. 16x25x1 air filter on schedule with Jack. Cleaned flame sensor. Flush out drain trap. Test run operation of heating from thermostat. Temperature rise of 53F with supply temp of 125F. Temperature rise specification of 30-60F. Blower motor and inducer motor running within spec. 2" Pvc flue in good condition with no sign of leaks. Jack brought up the concern of a metal on metal grinding noise. No noise was heard while on site for preventative maintenence inspection. If noise is heard again, it is recommended to try and take a video of the noise, and try to locate the place of origin to assist with diagnostics. System is currently operating with no suspected issues based on today's inspection and testing.

Incorrect width allows dirt to get around the filter and plug the coil and blower. Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane geothermal and Daikin Heat Pump systems. Both systems are operating properly and efficiently. Both air filters are in good condition. There is already a 20x25x4 on site for Trane geothermal unit. Nancy asked that I leave a clean AA210 filter for the daikin system so they can be changed in the spring. Tested electric strip heating on both units to verify proper electric usage. All heating strips are operating properly. Blower motors are operating properly. Test ran heat pump heating on both units with no issues found or suspected. Recently installed NP flow center is full and operating properly. All systems tested good. Units are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
Upon arrival inspected system for any bacteria buildup, found no major concerns with main system. Only concerns are underlying with the ductwork. The existing ductwork is very filthy internally and possibly a heavy cause of the allergy attacks. Recommend fresh air corp to come perform full ductwork cleaning. After bacteria inspection was performed, perform heating inspection verifying ready for the winter season. 2004 Trane furnace. Upon arrival, system is in off mode. Test run operation twice with no obvious issues. Inspection of unit and further description of the behavior of the unit from Brandon, it is suspected thatcthe flame sensor is dirty, and causing issues. Removed and inspected flame sensor and found it mostly soot covered. Pulled burners and inspected those aswell. Cleaned flame sensor and brushed off burners. No rust is present on flame sensor or burners. Reinstalled flame sensor and burners, and test ran operation twice more with no issues. System is operational at this time.
