Performed cooling maintenance Filter is good Blower is clean Drain is clear No signs of water leaks from the furnace that may have developed during heating season after our last visit Refrigerant charge is in spec 9⁰ subcool Capacitor measured 40 under load and 45 without load Removed top of unit and washed outdoor coil from inside out System is in good shape and running within factory specifications at this time
Upon arrival inspector inspected furnace and found locked out on pressure switch code. Is cycled furnace for heat and inducer motor would not start. Shook wiring harness and noticed it kicks on intermittently. Wiring harness had loose pins titan connector and retry heat call. Furnace came on and was running no problem after fixing pins.
