Had a heat problem over the weekend. Westin team was able to help me over the phone (early on a Sunday morning no less) so I could avoid the more expensive weekend visit charge. They then came out early Monday morning to check my heat pump unit to make sure everything was working properly.

No inherent issues found with humidifier, humidifier control, or humidifier water supply. Only thing that may be able to be changed is switching the water supply from cold water to hot water. Aprilaire does have in the install instructions that water supply should be cold water. Will need to talk with office staff about possibilities of switching water supply to hot water to possibly help with evaporation of humidifier water.

Initial inspection and run testing found that all indoor equipment is running in very good condition. The Goodman gas furnace appears to be matched properly with the replacement HP and all blower tests pass. Outdoor equipment discovered a 100% matted over spiny-fin condenser coil causing very very poor performance and warm temperatures throughout the indoor air and refrigerant temperature. Power supply and electronics are running with inspects Water flush condenser coil, HP drain ports, and brush out electrical compartment All equipment is running in excellent condition at this time Running refrigerant pressures in cooling mode are 128 and 337 with 9sc , 20sh and producing 47.8 supply temperature
