Seth and Melissa were wonderful to work with, I really appreciated how fast Melissa arranged to have my furnace started after my many delays with the gas company and the cold weather arriving in 2 days. Thanks very much and happy holidays.

2017 Bryant evolution communicating furnace and thermostat with single stage non-communicating air conditioner Initial cooling system test running will not turn on 24v condenser or initiate proper blower speeds for cooling mode Bryant evolution communicating thermostat will run the air conditioner in cooling mode in service test mode and will produce 51° supply temperature confirming all of the equipment, aside from the communicating thermostat controls, are functioning properly Power cycle and reboot evolution control, confirm online connection for system automatic updates, cycle through equipment fault codes, return equipment to normal operation. Thermostat and equipment is running correctly in cooling mode at this time however homeowners have expressed concern about the humidifier operation which coincides with multiple years of service codes stating failed humidity sensor on the evolution control. Recommend upgrading the Bryant evolution touch screen communicating thermosta

Upon arrival inspected furnace and found no major concerns. Inspected burners, clean but flame sensor was dirty, cleaned flame sensor and flushed drain trap it was full of rust and sediment. Inform homeowner furnace is operational and now has been cleaned, there should not be any more issues due to lack of maintenance.
