Pulled flame sensor and cleaned Checked Condensate trap Blower is in good condition Glue joints for intake and exhaust pipes show no signs of leakage Condensate drain lines show no signs of leakage High fire gas pressure set to 3.5"wc Low fire gas pressure set to 1.9"wc Temperature rise is 34⁰ for both fire rates Humidifier is functioning properly, damper is open to winter position, no water leaks at this time Furnace is operating within manufacturer's specifications at this time No stored fault codes in the fault history other than power resets (power outage or automatic software updates cause these logs) No concerns found on today's visit
