Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane S9V2 high efficiency furnace. 16x25x4 air filter is in new condition and on schedule with Max. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs. Manifold pressure is within spec. Blower motor and inducer motor running within spec. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Furnace is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
