Perform preventative maintenence inspection on 2022 Carrier high efficiency furnace paired with Waterfurnace 5 Series split system. 20x25x4 air filter in new condition and on schedule with Steve. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Run test unit in heating mode first and second stage. Confirmed gas pressures are within specifications. Temperature rise is within specifications. Blower and inducer motors tested good. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Run test unit in geothermal heating aswell. Did not check refrigerant as there are no issues suspected. Only code history present in the waterfurnace were system resets for power going out. All systems test were measuring within specifications. Units are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter. Inspected water heater for leak. Leakage on external of the tank is easily visible, but unable to pinpoint a lea
