Performed heating maintenance on a Lennox 93% efficient single stage natural gas furnace Found water damage inside the furnace that is currently wet Verified water leak is from improper installation of the furnace condensate trap Cannot remove the trap without destroying it Need to install a brand new trap kit We will call Lennox in the morning to get price and availability then email over the price for the repair 16x25x1 filter is new Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor Cleared condensate tubing internal to the furnace Run tested furnace Set gas pressure to 3.5"wc with reference to the sealed burner box Temperature rise 69⁰ (spec 45-75⁰) Furnace is operating within factory specifications at this time Only concern found is the water leak As stated above, we will call Lennox for part price and availability and email over the proposal in the morning
