Preventative maintenence inspection on 2021 York gas furnace. 16x25x1 air filter in good condition and on schedule with Jeff. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Test ran unit in heating mode from thermostat. Initial startup shows that propane gas pressure in the Manifold is only 6.3inwc. System calls for a 10inwc +/-0.2inwc. I suspect that this is what was causing condensation on the inside of the exhaust vent. Low gas pressure would not get exhaust hot enough to prevent condensation. Set gas pressure to 9.9inwc and test ran operation. Temperature rise is within specifications of 30-60F at 47F with a supply temp of 120F. This should handle the issue of condensation on the inside of the flue. I recommend checking once a month for any new condensation evidence just to be safe. System is currently operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
