Water dripping, filled drain, found crack in drain pan. Need to replace drain pan, shut off system, it’s pouring water Ordered new pan, will schedule repairs when it comes in. 70 degrees in hallway with unit off. Siliconed the crack to try to get them by temporarily 9/9 returned and replaced drain pan, performed fall 2021 maintenance Thermostat on south Sanctuary system was shorting out and needed replaced. Capacitor on blower motor for fellowship Hall was getting very weak and needed replaced. Capacitor on outdoor coil for south Sanctuary system was getting weak and needed replaced. Condensate pump for south system may need T installed to help prevent system from leaking in attic. Freeze sensor on evaporator coil for south system needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Everything else was clean and checked out well. All systems are operating normally at this time. Replaced freeze stat.
