Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) pulled a toilet, cleaned the wax ring gasket off, cut the flange loose from underneath the building, installed a new PVC repair flange (connecting it back to the main drain stack underneath the building), installed a new wax ring gasket, replaced the toilet bolts and caps, reset the toilet, and installed a new above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line; 2) replaced three toilets with new Gerber Maxwell models (this included draining and pulling the old toilets, inspecting and cleaning the flanges, replacing the toilet bowls, toilet tanks, tank to bowl gaskets and bolts, seats, wax ring gaskets, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply lines); 3) replaced the Sloan flush valve on a urinal; 4) replaced a T&S kitchen sink faucet's pre-rinse sprayer; 5) replaced the aerators on three handwash sinks.
