This included removing and disposing of the old water heater; and installing the new water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a brass drain valve, connecting the unit's electrical connections, bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, and setting the unit to its appropriate operating temperature. We also upgraded the unit's elements to 3,500-watt elements due to it being on a double pole 20-amp breaker.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a kitchen sink. Our inspection found that the leak was coming from the drain's flange tailpiece. We replaced the flange tailpiece, flange tailpiece washer, slip joint nut, and slip joint washer and tested for leaks with no further issues. The customer also had a well not producing water. Our inspection determined that there was an electrical issue with the well. We advised the customer to contact an electrician to come out and look at it.
