Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking Ousun round-ball handle bathtub/shower faucet valve. Our inspection determined that the faucet valve's cartridge was bad. We removed and replaced it with a new Ousun cartridge and corrected the issue.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to either rebuild a leaking single handle bathtub/shower valve by replacing its cartridge or replace it with a new Delta R10000-UNBX rough-in valve (this would include cutting an access in the shower wall; adding a Delta T13220 chrome trim kit (replacing the shower head, valve cover and handle, overflow cover, and downspout push button diverter); converting the valve's copper above-floor hot and cold water supply lines to PEX piping and fittings - tying them into the home's existing copper main water lines; and installing a plastic plumbing access panel over the hole we cut in the wall).
Pride Plumbing was called out for an Insinkerator Badger 5 garbage disposal not working. Our inspection and testing of the unit determined that its motor had burned up. We pulled and replaced it with a new Insinkerator 79883-ISE Badger 5 model, connected its drain and electrical connections (power whip), tested for leaks and proper operation, and the issue was corrected.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a bathroom sink. Our inspection determined that the leak was coming from the sink's P-trap and popup assembly. First, we removed and replaced the P-trap and popup assembly. Then we used a sewer machine down through the sink's drain and cleared a blockage. Finally, we tested for leaks and proper drainage with no issues.

Pride Plumbing came out and 1) dug a ditch from the house to a septic tank; 2) installed a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting it to the main drain line under the home) along with tracer wire, proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) sealed the septic tank penetration with concrete; and 4) backfilled, tamped, and spread grass seed and straw after the work had been completed. We also provided a cost estimate to call in our septic pumping truck, uncover the septic tank, remove the lid, pump it out, clean the tank’s filter, ensure proper drainage and flushing, reset the lid, and cover the tank back up.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We pulled a toilet, used a sewer machine down through the toilet's flange, and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. Before replacing the toilet bowl's wax ring gasket, and resetting the toilet, we inserted a camera into the drain line and it revealed that a section of the drain line had collapsed. We provided a cost estimate to trench a ditch from the septic tank to the home to expose and replace the main outside sewer septic drain line with new PVC piping and fittings along with installing proper cleanouts and fittings per code and sealing the septic tank penetration with concrete.
Pride Plumbing was called out for no hot water from a water heater located inside an Aqua Hut. Our inspection of the unit found that its pilot light had gone out. We relit the pilot light, waited 15 minutes, tested the water temperature, and the issue was corrected.
