Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) dug down in the yard to expose a defective section of the outside main sewer septic drain line that was broken and leaking and had a root penetration; 2) replaced that section of sewer line with new 4-inch PVC piping and fittings and installed a new PVC outside clean out; 3) tested the new piping for leaks and working order; and 4) backfilled, tamped, and spread grass seed and straw after the work was completed.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) trench a ditch from the house to the town sewer tap to expose and remove the outside main sewer septic drain line; 2) install a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting it to the main drain line under the home) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) install tracer wire in the ditch along with the new sewer drain line; and 4) backfill, tamp, and spread grass seed and straw after the work has been inspected and approved by the county's Inspection Department.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage in the yard. We used a sewer tape at an outside cleanout and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. We inserted a camera into the drain line and it revealed damage to the septic tank and the drain line due to cars being parked and driven on top of them. Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. Our inspection determined that the customer's septic tank was full. We advised the customer to contact a septic tank pumping service to come out and pump the tank.
Pride Plumbing was called out for low water pressure on a bathtub/shower faucet valve. We removed the shower faucet valve's handle and trim and saw that its mixing valve wasn’t adjusted properly. We adjusted the orange mixing fitting on the valve so that it would allow full water flow and corrected the issue.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak under a kitchen sink. We replaced the sink's two basket strainers, slip joint extension, trap adapter, end outlet waste, and P-trap and corrected the issue. We also provided a price quote to replace the kitchen sink faucet with a new Delta 400 model.
