Pride Plumbing came out and used PEX piping and fittings and made a repair to a whole-building water filtration system. We also added a new ball water shutoff isolation valve onto the filter's water line.
Pride Plumbing came out and removed and replaced a non-working electronic touchless handwash sink faucet with a new T&S Brass EC-3132 electronic touchless model. This included removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, replacing the hot and cold above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sink, and connecting the faucet's electronic control module.
Pride Plumbing came out to install a customer-supplied SpringWell water softener system. This required us to 1) turn the water off to the home; 2) set the water softener system in place beside the bathroom; 3) install and mount brackets and filters to the system; 4) make all the appropriate incoming and outgoing water connections using PEX piping and fittings; and 5) test the system for leaks and proper functionality. We also provided a cost estimate to replace a 40-gallon electric water heater with a new 40-gallon electric model. This would include removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing water heater pads, the new water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a brass drain valve, connecting the unit’s electrical connections (adding a Romex connector), bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit is properly vented, and setting it to its operating temperature.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) cut, remove, and dispose of a downspout; 2) install new PVC fittings and piping in order to reroute a new downspout to a new location; 3) install the new downspout; 4) install wall brackets and supports to properly support the new downspout's drain; and 5) test for leaks and proper working order.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to relocate a customer-supplied whole-house water filtration system from its current location underneath the home to upstairs in the laundry room.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install a customer-supplied whole-house water filtration system. This would include mounting the water filter base, running and connecting new PEX piping inlet and outlet water supply lines to the base and the existing water lines underneath the home and adding ball water shutoff valves, installing the water filter and its housing, and testing for leaks and proper operation. Once the filtration system is installed, test and clean any sediment from the fixtures inside and outside the home.
Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) dug up an existing 2-inch PVC drain line going to a wet well; 2) installed new 4-inch PVC piping and tracer wire in the ditch along with two two-way cleanouts; 3) core-drilled the side of the catch basin and installed a tap for the new drain line; 4) connected the drain line to the tap and sealed around the tap; and 5) backfilled the ditch after the work was completed and checked for proper drainage and working order.

Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the building. We used a water pressure device at an outside cleanout and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. We tested multiple fixtures for proper drainage with no issues. They also had a floor drain that was starting to build up with bacteria. We applied one bottle of BionOne organic liquid drain cleaner to the drain and recommended that the customer continue to apply it once a month to help control the buildup (https://www.aquaprosolutions.com/products/bioone-64-oz-liquid-drain-septic-treatment).
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home. Our inspection found a leak on a water supply line. We provided a cost estimate to cut out the leaking section of pipe and repair it with new PEX piping and fittings and add ball water shutoff valves where needed.
Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced three leaking ball valves with new PEX ball valves; 2) installed a new P-trap on a handwash sink near a backdoor; 3) tightened a loose and leaking fitting on a tea machine; and 4) installed a new junior sink strainer and P-trap on a handwash sink in the main cooking area. We also provided a cost estimate to install two new touchless faucets with control boxes in the kitchen area.
