Pride Plumbing was called out for a toilet not flushing. We first inserted a camera into the outside main sewer septic drain line at a cleanout, and it only revealed a belly in the line, but no blockage. So, we removed the bathroom sink's P-trap and flushed the toilet, and it flushed like it should. This told us that there was a venting issue in the bathroom. We then replaced the air admittance valve underneath the bathroom sink and doing that corrected the issue.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking 40-gallon electric Whirlpool E40R6-45 110 water heater with a new 40-gallon electric Rheem PROE40-M2-RH95 model. First, after disconnecting its electrical connections and inlet and outlet water lines, we removed and disposed of the old water heater. Then we installed water heater pads, the new water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless-steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a brass drain valve, and wired up the electrical connections to the new water heater. Finally, we bled the air out of the water lines, ensured that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, and set the unit to its appropriate operating temperature.
