Pride Plumbing was called out for an E/One sewage pump alarm going off. Our inspection found that the pump would not come on at all, only the alarm would. We pulled the pump and installed a temporary loaner pump. We waited and made sure that the loaner pump would pump the tank down before leaving. We took the non-working pump back to our shop to diagnose the issue. We also provided the homeowner a cost estimate to replace the pump.
