Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) cleared a hair clog out of a bathtub/shower's drain; 2) cleaned a hair clog out of a bathroom sink's popup assembly; and 3) replaced the cartridge inside a leaking Delta bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new Delta RP46074 grey cartridge. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new Delta single function valve, add a Delta chrome trim kit (replacing the shower head, valve cover and handle, overflow cover, and downspout push button diverter) and convert the valve's copper above-floor hot and cold water supply lines to PEX piping and fittings; tying them into the home's existing copper main water lines.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a two-handle kitchen sink faucet with a new customer supplied Kohler Artifacts Bridge 76519-4-VS two-handle model. This included removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold above-floor water supply lines underneath the sink with new braided stainless-steel ones.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a two-handle kitchen sink faucet with sprayer with a new customer-supplied two-handle model with sprayer. This would include removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, connecting the sprayer, and replacing its hot and cold above-floor water supply lines underneath the sink with new braided stainless-steel ones.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a toilet with a new Gerber Viper model. This included pulling the old toilet, inspecting and cleaning the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.

Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced the charcoal filter inside a whole-house water filtration system; and 2) performed a descaling service on a Navien tankless water heater (this included cutting the power off to the unit from the breaker, mixing a bucket of water with Rectorseal Calci-Free Tankless Water Heater Flush, letting it run through the unit for about 45 minutes to an hour, flushing the heater with just water, and then reattaching the unit's skirt).
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the basement, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink faucet, dishwasher, and ice maker), two bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers), the washing machine (installing a new plastic washer box and hot and cold hose bibs or boiler drains), and the water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the house along with new above-floor stainless steel braided water supply lines) and replace two outside hose bib spigots with new Woodford frost-free models; 2) replace two toilet flanges; and 3) relocate a washing machine, kitchen sink, and dishwasher and rework their water and drain lines.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking Delta bathroom sink faucet. We replaced the faucet's seats, springs, and stems and tested the unit for leaks and proper operation with no further issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and 1) trenched a ditch from the house to a septic tank to expose the outside main sewer septic drain line that was full of roots and bellies; 2) installed a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line in the ditch (connecting it to the septic tank and the main drain line under the home) along with tracer wire, proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) sealed the septic tank penetration with concrete; and 4) backfilled, tamped, and spread grass seed and straw after the work had been completed.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking bathroom sink faucet handle. We removed and replaced the handle's cartridge and corrected the issue.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a toilet stoppage. However, our inspection found that the issue was actually a whole house stoppage. We pulled an American Standard toilet and ran a camera down through the toilet flange and it revealed a massive root penetration and multiple bellies in the outside sewer septic drain line. After replacing the toilet bowl's wax ring gasket and toilet bowl bolts and caps, and resetting and testing the toilet, we provided a cost estimate to trench a ditch from the town sewer tap to the home to expose and replace the main outside sewer septic drain line with new PVC piping and fittings along with installing proper cleanouts and fittings per code.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a sewage odor in the kitchen. Our inspection determined that the odor was coming from a garbage disposal. We recommended that the customer use ice and baking soda to keep the garbage disposal clean.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged kitchen sink drain. We provided cost estimates to 1) use a sewer machine down through the sink's drain and attempt to clear the blockage; and 2) replace the kitchen sink's P-trap, drain, and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) jackhammer and dig out a 9'x9' hole in a basement's concrete floor, install a new sump pump along with gravel as a base layer; 2) leave the pit open for an electrical contractor to install the wiring for the new pump; 3) install 1-yard of concrete around the pump's basin after its tank has been inspected and approved; 4) jackhammer and dig out a discharge line from the new pump to a location at the edge of the customer's property, install PVC piping and fittings in the line, and hook the pump to it; 5) test the new pump and drain lines for working order; 6) backfill all ditches after the work has been completed.
