Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to replace a leaking bathroom sink faucet with either a new customer-supplied model or a Pride Plumbing supplied Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model (this would include removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sink).
Pride Plumbing was called out for a Rheem water heater not heating the water. We tested the power going to the unit and found that it wasn't getting any. Our inspection found that the neutral wire had came out of its wire nut. We cut the power off, reattached the wire inside the wire nut, and put electrical tape around it to prevent it from coming out again. Once we cut the power back on, the unit began heating the water again.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced an aging and leaking 38-gallon electric low-boy hot water heater with a new 38-gallon electric Bradford White low-boy model. This included removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a brass drain valve, ensuring the unit was properly vented, wiring the water heater's electrical connections, and setting it to its appropriate operating temperature.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a price quote to 1) remove an existing bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink; 2) rough-in the plumbing for a new bathtub/shower faucet; 3) install an ADA toilet with an open front seat; 3) install an 18-inch vanity sink with a single handle faucet; and 4) install a 4-piece 60”x32” 4-piece fiberglass bathtub/shower unit along with a new single handle Delta faucet valve.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged kitchen sink drain. We ran water down the drain for several minutes but never saw any indication that the drain was clogged. It is our belief that the blockage must have cleared itself.
