Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to repipe and replace the water supply lines in the attic, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink faucet and ice maker), two bathrooms (sinks and toilets), and the water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the building along with new above-floor stainless steel braided water supply lines). We will also install new frost-proof outside hose bib spigots on the outside of both bathrooms and install a new 1-inch Flo by Moen smart shutoff valve at the water meter.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a price quote to install the plumbing for a garage remodel. This would include the following work: 1) once the customer removes the existing garage concrete flooring, we will dig a ditch from the house to the outside main sewer septic drain line and install a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line with proper clean outs and fittings per code; 2) connect the new sewer line to the current main; 3) stub up the PEX hot and cold water supply and PVC drain lines for a bathtub/shower, double sink vanity, and a toilet; 4) once new concrete has been poured, install the fixtures and connect the water and drains for the new bathroom for the bathtub/shower, double sink vanity, and toilet.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a floor drain that was full of grout and its PVC P-trap. After replacing and resetting the floor drain, we poured concrete back to a half-inch below the finished floor level.
Pride Plumbing came out and installed and tested a new RPZ backflow.
Pride Plumbing came out to address a clogged ice maker drain. We cut out the concrete floor around the drain to access its 3-inch PVC P-trap and found it full of grout. We cut out and replaced the P-trap, backfilled it with dirt, reset the floor drain and poured concrete back to a half inch below the finished floor level.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged floor drain and leaking ice maker water supply line. A video inspection found grout inside the floor drain. We used a crowbar and broke most of it up. Then we vacuumed out the drain line and got it to flowing properly again. Finally, we replaced the leaking water supply line on the ice machine.
Pride Plumbing came out and installed various fixtures (several floor drain covers, a gooseneck kitchen sink faucet, and a backflow).
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced an RPZ backflow with a new Zurn model. We also located and repaired a water leak behind a hot water heater and raised several floor drains so they were level with the floor tiles.
