Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) dug down in the yard to expose a defective section of the outside main sewer septic drain line that was broken and leaking; 2) replaced that section of sewer line with new 4-inch PVC piping and fittings (a wye and two bends), connecting onto the existing drain piping with new Fernco and no-hub couplings; 3) installed a new two-way PVC clean out; 4) tested the new piping for leaks and working order; 5) backfilled, tamped, and spread grass seed and straw after the work was completed; and 6) placed a concrete donut around the cleanout cap and painted the cap orange.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to unclog a toilet by either using a closet auger or pulling and resetting it. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model. This would include draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, flapper, water fill valve, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.
Pride Plumbing was called out for an American Standard commercial toilet that wouldn’t stop flushing. We used a Sloan 3317004 rebuild kit and rebuilt the toilet's Sloan Flushometer flush valve (this included removing and replacing the flush valve’s diaphragm, vacuum breaker, and spud gasket). After reinstalling the flush valve, we turned the water back on and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a kitchen sink's under-sink drain assembly, P-trap, and galvanized drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged washing machine drain line and a floor drain. We used a sewer machine down through the floor drain and cleared the blockage. We tested the floor drain and washing machine for proper drainage with no issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) cut out and removed eleven copper water supply line tees and replaced them with new copper piping and ProPress fittings; 2) replaced the smaller copper piping coming off the tees and going into the building with new PEX piping and fittings; and 3) replaced several ball water shutoff valves.
Pride Plumbing was called out for lukewarm water from the hotel's gas water heaters. Our inspection found that a Rheem G100-250 Universal 100 gallon commercial natural gas water heater was not lit. We cut the unit's power on and off and it relit. It was our belief that the unit's flue got stuck. We provided a cost estimate to replace the water heater's thermal expansion tank.
Pride Plumbing came out to inspect and test a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow assembly. We inspected and tested the backflow and it passed. Pride Plumbing then filed the appropriate certification paperwork with BSI and Moore County.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking ball-style handle bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new Delta R10000-PFT-PX single-handle model with chrome trim (shower head, faucet valve handle and cover, downspout diverter, and overflow and drain covers). This included replacing the valve along with short sections of its hot and cold water supply lines with new PEX piping and fittings.
