Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate the cause of water on the floor in a control room. Our thorough inspection inside and outside the building found that on the outside control room wall there is a large concrete slab with air handlers. The rain water could be making its way between the concrete slab and the brick wall and coming up at the electrical conduit. After further investigation, we were 90% certain that the water only appears there after a heavy rain. The staff is going to keep an eye on that area and check it after the next heavy rain to see if the water returns.
