We installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings) with a new Watts LFN45BM1-DU-PEXXPEX model and added a new round valve box. Then we adjusted the home's water pressure to within acceptable limits. We also provided a cost estimate to call in our septic pumping truck, uncover the septic tank, remove the lid, pump it out, clean the tank’s filter, ensure proper drainage and flushing, reset the lid, cover the tank back up, and install septic tank risers (so that the tank’s access covers are at ground level for better future access).

We inserted a camera into the drain line and it revealed an issue with the home's septic tank - water is balancing itself out in the drain line due to how it is plumbed into the septic tank. We provided a cost estimate to pump the septic tank and then install 24-inch diameter septic tank risers up to 2-feet deep - We would install septic tank risers so the access covers are at ground level for better access.
