Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a toilet with a new Gerber Viper pressure assist model (this would include draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting and cleaning the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line, and installing the Sloan Flushmate pressure assist cartridge inside the toilet tank).
Pride Plumbing came out and repiped and replaced the copper water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink faucet, dishwasher, and ice maker), two bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers), the washing machine (installing a new washer box and hot and cold boiler drains), and the water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the house along with new above-floor stainless steel water supply lines) and replaced two outside hose bib spigots with new Woodford frost-free models.

We provided cost estimates to either rebuild the tanks’ flush assemblies (this would include replacing the tanks’ gaskets and bolts and the water fill valves, flappers, and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines) or replace the toilets with new Gerber Viper models (this would include pulling the old toilets, inspecting/cleaning/replacing their flanges, replacing the toilet bowls, toilet tanks, tank to bowl gaskets and bolts, seats, wax ring gaskets, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply lines). We also provided a cost estimate to repipe and replace the drain lines in the crawlspace, going to all the fixtures in the home (kitchen, one bathroom, and a washing machine), with new PVC piping; installing new fittings and supports under the house for each fixture.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to run a new gas supply line from a fireplace, underneath the house, and over to a kitchen island's stove location; drilling through the floor and installing a new gas shutoff valve in the proper location. After the gas line is installed, we will test for leaks and proper operation.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to 1) remove an existing bathtub/shower and replace it with a new 4-piece unit along with installing a new Delta shower faucet valve with trim (shower head, faucet valve handle and cover, downspout diverter, and overflow and drain covers), PVC drain, PEX hot and cold water supply lines with shut-offs, and a plastic plumbing access panel along with connecting the new drain and water supply lines to the existing drain and water connections underneath the home; 2) remove and relocate a toilet (this would include installing a new flange and extending its water and drain lines over to the new location; 3) install a new customer-supplied bathroom sink vanity along with a new bathroom sink faucet and water and drain lines; and 4) install a new gas supply line to a kitchen island.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) remove and replace a walk-in shower's drain and P-trap; 2) cut an access in the wall behind the shower, repair a water leak using new PEX piping and fittings, and install a plastic plumbing access panel over the hole we cut in the wall; and 3) replace a leaking two handle bathtub/shower valve with a new Gerber two handle model (this would include cutting an access in the shower wall, replacing the valve along with short sections of its hot and cold water supply lines with new PEX piping and fittings, and adding new stems, washers, seats, handles, and escutcheons).

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged bathtub/shower drain. We used a sewer machine down through the tub's overflow and cleared the blockage. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the bathtub/shower's P-trap, drain and cast iron drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home in the crawlspace. We found a leak on a CPVC water supply line 90-degree elbow. We cut out the broken elbow and repaired it with a new PEX elbow, piping, and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings) with a new Watts LFN45BM1-DU-PEXXPEX 0009485 model due to high water pressure in the home (90+ psi). We also installed a new black plastic water meter box and lid.
