Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) (cutting and attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) due to high water pressure causing issues with the building's portable toilets.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a toilet tank that would run constantly and not fill. Our inspection determined that the tank’s water fill valve was malfunctioning. We replaced the water fill valve with a new Fluidmaster PRO45B model and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues. We also replaced a compression coupling on a bathroom sink's water supply line.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a non-working Rinnai tankless water heater with a new Rinnai tankless model. This would include: 1) removing and disposing of the old water heater along with its electrical wiring, venting, and gas and water supply lines; 2) installing the new tankless unit along with its service valves, PEX and stainless steel water lines to the unit's water connections, copper gas supply line, gas regulator, drip leg, gas shutoff valve, and condensation and intake lines; 3) wiring up the unit; 4) ensuring that it was properly vented; and 5) lighting and programming the unit.

This would include: 1) removing and disposing of the old water heater along with its electrical wiring, venting, and gas and water supply lines; 2) installing the new tankless unit along with its service valves, PEX and stainless steel water lines to the unit's water connections, copper gas supply line, gas regulator, NAVICIRC recirculating kit, drip leg, gas shutoff valve, and condensation and intake lines; 3) wiring up the unit; 4) ensuring that it was properly vented; and 5) lighting and programming the unit.
Pride Plumbing came out and installed five Kohler toilets, a Kohler urinal, three wall-hung bathroom sinks, an Elkay combination bi-level drinking fountain and bottle filler, a Liberty Ascent II macerating toilet pump, and made all their appropriate water and sewer connections. We also installed a gas regulator on a gas supply line.
