Pride Plumbing was called out for water leaks underneath a double-sink bathroom vanity. Our inspection found that the leaks were coming from the sinks' popup assemblies. For one popup, we just tightened it down. For the second popup, we removed it, applied plumbers puddy to its threads, reinstalled and tightened it. We then tested for leaks with no further issues. One of the faucets was loose, also, so we tightened it down.
Pride Plumbing came out and installed a new Delta R10000-UNBX rough-in valve for a walk-in shower along with running new PEX piping and fittings and making the appropriate water supply connections underneath the home. We also redid some plumbing underneath the home to do away with a vent in the middle of the floor and moved a toilet flange to a new location.
Pride Plumbing came out and repiped and replaced the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink faucet, dishwasher, and ice maker), two bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers), the washing machine (installing a new washer box and hot and cold boiler drains), and the water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the house along with new above-floor stainless steel water supply lines) and replaced two outside hose bib spigots with new Woodford frost-free models. We also replaced a tankless water heater with a new Navien 240S without a circulator, repiped and replaced the drain lines under the house with new PVC piping and fittings for the bathroom and kitchen, installed a new ProPlus washer box, and replaced a shower valve with a new Delta rough-in valve along with the shower drain.
Pride Plumbing came out and installed the ADA grab bars, and Kohler brushed brass trim, shower head, and handheld wand for a shower. We also connected the drains and P-traps for a double-basin bathroom sink (adding slip-joint extensions, slip joint nuts and washers, and a flange tailpiece).
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) relocate a toilet and its associated water supply and lines; 2) install a new bathroom sink vanity along with its faucets, P-traps, and drain assemblies; 3) replace a shower valve and drain and raise the shower head along with installing a freestanding faucet; and 4) make all the necessary water and drain connections.
Pride Plumbing was called out for water leaks underneath two bathroom sinks. Our inspection found that the leaks were coming from defective hot-side water supply stops. We provided cost estimates to 1) replace the sinks' supply stops, short sections of their water supply lines coming up through the floor with new PEX piping and fittings, replace their braided stainless-steel water supply lines going to the faucets, and test for leaks; 2) replace the bathroom sink faucets with either new customer supplied models or a Pride Plumbing supplied Delta, Olympia, or Peerless models (this would include removing the old faucets, mounting the new faucets, and replacing their hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sinks); and 3) rebuild or replace a leaking shower valve with either a new Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model.
Pride Plumbing came out removed an existing bathtub/shower and replaced it with a new 4-piece Kohler Sterling bathtub/shower combo unit along with installing a new Delta R10000PX-BP rough-in shower faucet valve with Delta Basic 13 series chrome trim, showerhead, downspout diverter, overflow cover, Watco waste and overflow, PVC drain, PEX hot and cold water supply lines with shut-offs, and a plastic plumbing access panel along with connecting the new drain and water supply lines to the existing drain and water connections underneath the home.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to 1) trench a ditch from an existing water meter to the home and replace the black roll main outside water supply line with new black roll and PEX piping and fittings along with installing a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) and ball water shutoff valve at the water meter; 2) replace a leaking outside hose bib spigot with a new Woodford frost-free model along with tying it into the existing main water supply line underneath the home with new PEX piping and fittings; and 3) repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen, at the washing machine, and in one bathroom, with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and, after digging up the home's septic tank, installed two septic tank risers, lids, safety inserts and a sewer popper. We used the tank mastic to set the risers to the tanks. We also dug down in the yard to expose a defective section of the outside main sewer septic drain line that was broken and leaking; replaced that section of sewer line with new 4-inch PVC piping and fittings, connecting onto the existing drain piping with new Fernco and no-hub couplings; installed a new two-way PVC clean out; sealed the septic tank penetration; tested the new piping for leaks and working order; and backfilled, tamped, and spread grass seed and straw after the work was completed.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking polybutylene water line inside the wall of a decommissioned railcar. When we arrived, the customer already had the water shut off. He instructed us to go ahead and replace both hot and cold water lines because he didn’t know which side was leaking, and he felt they were old and needed replacing anyway. So, we cut them both out, replaced the water supply stops, but then ran into an issue inside the wall. There were two cross members about four feet apart that both had perfectly sized 1/2-inch holes drilled through them. The customer didn’t want to further damage the original walls, so we had to fish the new PEX lines down into the wall. Without being able to see, we had to feel around to pull them through, but we eventually got the pipes down through the existing holes and tied everything together. We turned the water back on, there were no leaks, and everything worked properly.
Pride Plumbing was called out for two Toto toilets not flushing properly. One toilet just had a stuck flapper which we were able to unstick and correct its flush. The other toilet supposedly had a stoppage, but it must have cleared on its own before we arrived because we flushed it several times with no issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to remove an existing bathtub/shower and replace it with a new 4-piece bathtub/shower unit along with installing a new Delta shower faucet valve with trim (shower head, faucet valve handle and cover, downspout diverter, and overflow and drain covers), PVC drain, PEX hot and cold water supply lines with shut-offs, and a plastic plumbing access panel along with connecting the new drain and water supply lines to the existing drain and water connections underneath the home.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) dig down from the septic tank to the house (approximately 10-foot) to expose a section of sewer line that has roots; 2) remove and replace the sewer line with new 4-inch PVC piping and fittings along with installing a new PVC outside clean out; 3) test the new piping for leaks and working order; 4) backfill the area we dug out; and 5) supply and install two septic tank risers, lids, and safety inserts - using the tank mastic to set the risers to the tanks.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. The customer recently had a septic company come out and pump their tank, but they still had a stoppage. They left the lid off the septic tank so we could access the main outside sewer septic drain line. We used a water pressure jetter device up through the drain line towards the home and cleared the blockage. We tested multiple fixtures for proper drainage with no issues.
