I performed a diagnostic today on a Carrier system. Upon arrival, the system was not operational due to a dead secondary motor control. I went ahead and tested the secondary motor control on the other system as well. It was also dead. The customer decided to replace both secondary motor control and sign up for the Comfort Club maintenance program! Upon departure, both systems were fully operational in cooling mode.
