We perform to cooling maintenances today. Upon arrival, both systems were fully operational. All electrical components on both systems tested, and there ranges with no signs of damage, including the compressors and fan motors. I cleaned both outdoor units as they were dirty and verified that both return air filters were clean. Both furnaces blower wheels are still clean. These systems do not feature surge protection.
