No heat, found thermostat off upon arrival set thermostat to call for heat, furnace does not come on board is showing pressure switch code, check vacuum ok vacuum, and pressure switches are ok closed switches vacuum is 1.76 wc switches are rated to 1.10 wc noticed a problem with board harness, new board is needed bad connections, quoted to replace board customer approved repairs and paid 50% down, we will be coming back tomorrow to replace board and test operation of furnace, Replacement of control module 3-8-22 installed new board non-warranty part, check operation ok move plug to see if board connector is tight, ok performed heat tune up during same visit cleaned sensor check gas pressures ok performed combustion test check airflow ok check drain for proper slope ok, when checking gas pressures found gas valve connector loose as I move connector gas valve started to chatter, would recommend replacement of gas valve, we will investigate about gas valve warranty status we will get
