Performed cooling maintenance on 2 air conditioners. Replaced eac cells with disposable filters. Cleaned eztrap and drains. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started air conditioners, checked refrigerant charge. Found first floor air conditioner low on charge. Unit was topped off last summer. The r22 has now been phased out and the system must be replaced.found second floor air conditioner charge ok. Checked second floor furnace for lockout. Furnace is not locked out at this time. Need to schedule a appointment for the first floor air conditioner
