Make sure to remove any damaged insulation in attic space that can reduce performance. * Install foam board and weatherstripping on attic hatch to ensure hatch is well sealed and insulated. * Seal all accessible ductwork in basement area with mastic on supply and return side and seal around equipment with foil tape. * Remove insulation in rim joist and seal the rim joist and sill plates in basement area with single part spray foam. This includes crawl space rim joist and sill plates. * Install new fiberglass batt insulation at rim joist and around sill plate area. This includes crawlspace area. * Install new 2" foam board on crawlspa
