Drain, disconnect, Knockdown, remove, and dispose of the existing gas steam boiler for the apartment building. Install new knockdown steam boiler - need to construct on site. Complete all piping connections and modificaitons to boiler. Complete all electrical and mechanical connections to new boiler. Install new auto feeder to supply makeup water to the new boiler. Install new Honeywell T4 thermostat on the wall in the hallway. Fill and test system operation. Commission boiler in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
