Customer had us out to replace transformer from yesterday‘s estimate. Troy came out to replace the transformer and did so, however, the blower motor did not engage. To test the motor Troy took off the thermostat and hardwired everything together. The motor still did not come on which ruled out the thermostat being the issue. Customer needs a new blower motor and signed off on doing the work.
