Brennan did a great job explaining the types of systems during an estimate. I’m still getting other quotes from other companies at the moment but I had a very pleasant experience with hot 2 cold.

He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with our A/C unit after he climbed into our attic and gave our ductwork a thorough inspection. He even helped correct an issue on the spot that was a hazard to me and my family. Looking forward to working with this company for all A/C needs.
Upon arrival customer was concerned about a leak in the unit. I did a bubble test on the outside valves and found some joints leaking. Customer tried tightening them him self. I added two pounds of refrigerant. Let customer know if this continues we will have to do a nitrogen test or dye test. Next time we come. He will take off the units out of the wall and look for leaks in the joints at ductless unit. Customer paid $300 cash for 2pounds of 410a.

This appointment was arranged for James to provide pricing to replace the air conditioner. We were not able to get in touch at this time, but we will follow up to help.
Drain line was clogged. Vacuumed out the line and there are no more drips at the unit.
Handler find is the wiring from the breaker to the air handler. Disconnect box is burnt. Customer is calling electrician.
Today we visited because when the heat was turned on Jennifer experienced a burning smell. We learned the smell was from the supply plenum. The unit was installed without a heat shield/start collar. The odor was from a small portion of the duct board being too close to the heat strips. The supply plenum was repaired using plenum washers and plenum screws. During the diagnosis we learned the airflow was not adjusted when the unit was installed and the system was working with a high static pressure. The high airflow caused mildew growth inside the unit and ductwork. Since the ductwork is not accessible we installed a REME air and surface purification system. The system is working great and the air quality issue is now resolved.
Brennan G Today I visited to provide quotes for a system replacement I provides quotes for a 3.5ton and a 4.ton heat pump system. Mike plans and gathering multiple quotes and researching the equipment online before making a decision.
Brennan G Todays visit was for the system not cooling. I found that the condenser fan motor had seized and the motor will need to be replaced. Also found that the compressor is reading bad on the megohmeter test. Gave multiple repair options , recommend a compressor saver to lower the compressor amp draw on start up. Mary elected to replace the OEM motor with an Aftermarket and have a compressor saver installed. Scheduled for tomorrow morning 8-10 Collected 50% deposit , remainder due upon completion of repairs.
Arrived to customers house and found the capacitor at less than 25%, replaced and preformed an ops check.
