Maintenance reveal only concerns on unit outside. Unit was very very dirty calls were very stuff for water was even getting through how to do a full-blown chemical clean and rinse coils. Coles look like there was loads of dust. Definitely helped the unit breathe a lot. Better recommend having a maintenance on the Dyke in a little bit more frequently upstairs did a wall cleaning checked fuses and electrical connections. Also did drain line Customers concerns airflow upstairs is not the best. Her unit is very very old and have not looked at ductwork yet ductwork could be another reason why upstairs is not calling as efficient. They also were not filtering on upstairs. Unit needs to have a filter and bottom my unit.
