Customer called us out because her system was not keeping up with her set temperature. Upon investigation, Troy found that there was a significant amount of blockage in the coil. Recommended doing a pulling clean and also searching for a leak once pulling and clean is performed to ascertain whether or not the coil has a leak or not. It’s hard to tell if there’s a leak when the coil is blocked as much as it is.
