Customer was not here when I arrived. I had been here yesterday for the appointment at 4 o’clock however, nobody had keys available for the staircases in order for us to get up to the condenser. Customer was hoping we’d be able to come back later in the evening after dealing with an emergency situation in Tampa, however, with the situation being more involved, then anticipated I wasn’t able to come back until the morning. Tried to communicate with Tanner as much as possible however we have not been able to speak since leaving yesterday however, I went by to take a look at the compressor anyways. It looks like he is low on refrigerant and there could potentially be a leak in the coil, however, without him here and having access to the apartment, I would not be able to ascertain the best possible diagnosis for now.
