Three system blue shield club heating maintenance. Joe(JC)R. 04/09/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform to customer annual AC service. The customer didn’t have any questions for me to I went ahead and set up the ladder. It should be noted for future reference that lowest side of the building cannot be accessed due to a drainage, ditch and the ladder cannot be safely set up. I was able to get set up on the side of the building where the sidewalk goes around. It will take a rope to safely tie off the ladder though I didn’t went ahead and got started with the maintenance and checked all three units both the two package units and the mini split unit. All three systems were in good shape and working well.
