Zach did a great job on installing a mini split unit for us along with another tech. They were both very pleasant and professional. The communication process was good letting us know they were en route to our home to the time the job was completed. They demonstrated the unit after installing to make sure we knew how it worked and how to clean and replace the filters. They scheduled the required follow up inspection before leaving. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Mason Air Conditioning and Heating.

Gave options for system replacement and full duct replacement. Also gave client options for removal of all attic insulation and new blown in client had a lot of contractors on site and was a little over welmed so decided to send estimates and go over in a later date awaiting for a returned phone call to discuss more
Found blown surge protector Found burnt wires for high voltage Flipped breakers on to find 1 bad head unit for dual head mini split client has. Found bad germicidal lamp for main unit. Compressor is pulling high amp draws and capacitors need replacing. Gave client options for repairs and a full system replace,ent client is wanting to apply for financing after credit is unfroze and left number to contact awaiting to hear back

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. I discovered the blower motor had failed. The system is still under parts warranty. David elected to have us replace the motor and joined our maintenance agreement. I will be returning later today to replace the motor.

Brennan G Today I visited for the dining room AC leaking water from the ducts. I discovered the condensate pan and line are filled with debris and the line is clogged. I offered to clear the line and pan as a potential temporary fix. However the system is in very poor condition due to age . The system may continue to leak water if the drain pan is rusted through or cracked. Repairs are not recommended. No warranty on drain pan/line cleaning if preformed. Per GM I emailed the repair quote and a system replacement quote to the facilities manager (jroberts@rubytuesday.com) and the RDO (tsilwanus@rubytuesday.com). The system is still leaking at this time.
Arrived to find systems compressor out on IOL capacitor was bad so replaced with new and attempted to cool compressor down. Still could not get compressor to start even after cooling down compressor. Gave client quote for new system and repairs to existing system. Client was concerned about the price difference between the previous system we installed and the system I quoted him. Made client aware that the previous system had credits given back to him for the previous repairs we had performed on that system. This unit that is bad today I gave a 10% discount

Leak found in suction line access port. Have to order replacement parts. Topped off with refrigerant to get them cooling for now will schedule as soon as parts availability is known. Added refrigerant to get them cooling until part arrives and repair can be scheduled
