Client getting error message on Daikin fit system. Error indicates blower failure. Float switch was tripping due to clogged drain line. Drain has a slight clog in it and is slowly draining. Advise client to have drain line flushed and sign up for an annual membership. Client said that they will flush drain line themselves and will think about the membership. Also recommended installing surge protectors on indoor and outdoor units. System is operating and functioning OK at this time.
Came out for a system estimate upon arrival, the homeowner wasn’t home and had to wait to see if somebody can come bring us into the upstairs air handler. Customer is pushing more towards just changing out one of the units went over all the options of why that isn’t recommended waiting until the morning to hear back from the customer about next steps
Arrived to find downstairs system with clogged drain line condensate pump and secondary pan completely filled with water. Got verbal approval to clear and treat drain line and pan l. Got all water out of secondary pan. After checking over system was made aware the upstairs system unit #8 was down. James returned and discussed all issues with Ron. After last inspection Ron had to on-site lift all air distribution boxes, seal all vents going through roof, install nail plate for copper Lineset, and secure and seal return plenum boxes. Would like to discuss a reimbursement for labor to pass. Installers need to return to cut in range hood vent and cap needs to be black. He would also like the ones we have installed spray painted black. Need to assure that remote return plenums are secured with wood screws as of right now they are being held up with self tappers need to cut access off hanging kits
Arrived to find loss of common coming out of defrost control board due to lizard shorting control board please see attached pics. Picked up new board and installed. While turning power off to breakers to change board and reapplying power to system found bad 30 amp breaker not passing 240 back to air handler. Replaced also on site with new. Made client aware of new maint plan with Mason apex and green light. Client would like to enroll into maint plan but have no task code to provide for that at this time. Tested system and all is working as designed also made client aware that all breakers are older and need to be replaced before they all start failing. Task Includes -Replacement of shorted defrost control board.
House is bought in a foreclosure and is being used for a sober house with 10 residence. Gave client estimate to install a new 3 ton heat pump system with all new ductwork and mechanicals. Client is gathering all their estimates and will get back to us.

Investigated why thermostats and sensors are not syncing with AC system. Got on the phone with tech-support and determine that there is no back net connection on master thermostat which means it’s possible that there is no cable ran to interface module from dampers in ceiling. Client is going to contact the company that installed the system because it still may be under warranty with them. Explained to them that if they would like we can come back out and Investigate and locate where dampers and modules are located in ceiling.
Task Includes -Installation of 3.5 Ton Carrier Comfort Series Heat Pump -Installation of copper lineset, control wiring, and drain piping -Honeywell programmable thermostat -Installation of all supply air duct flex, boot boxes, and grills -Installation of all room returns -Installation of supply air plenums and returns -Large Air Handler Coffin Box -(3) Exhaust bath fans to plan specifications -(1) Range vent to plan specifications

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not heating. Upon arrival I discovered the thermostat was on the heating mode and the indoor temperature was satisfied at 78*. I set the thermostat to 80 to test the heating. Within a few minutes the indoor temperature was 80°. I also verified the cool mode is operating normally. Joyce and I discussed how to operate that thermostat and I advised her to change the mode and temperature as necessary to keep her comfortable.
