He claimed to have over 20 years experience and AC work but gave me a wrong diagnostic on my AC unit saying that it had a leak and I needed Freon and a leak detection oil which would have cost me over $700 !!! When in fact, it was never that !! he never checked the Duck work in the garage, which had came loose and needed to be replaced so that I wouldn’t be sucking in hot air from the garage once that was fixed. My house is ice cold. I always believe that if you are in business and can’t figure something out at least be honest.

Came out for maintenance upon arrival. Customer had no concerns after looking over all wiring. Pressures and temp split machine is working properly before leaving. Customer is satisfied and cooling.

AC Repairs: I cleared a clogged condensate drain line after the homeowner reported water pooling near the indoor unit. The repair restored proper drainage and helped protect the system from potential water damage.
AC Repairs: I adjusted the metering device inside the client’s AC system to optimize refrigerant flow. This calibration boosted cooling efficiency and helped reduce energy costs.
AC Repair: I replaced a failing capacitor after the AC unit showed signs of delayed startup and low cooling output. The repair restored fast, efficient performance during peak heat hours.
Changed out 45/5 capacitor.
Can client estimate to replace AC system and ductwork. Client needs to discuss payment with family. Client does want to move forward with us, however, they need to get approval to get funds for installation. 3 ton system with ductwork, eight supply drops, return box rebuild, supply, Plenum, and some sheet rock work needs to be done.

Client service system was not cooling. Found system cooling and reached to 71° setpoint. System is operating and cooling OK at this time. Client mentioned something about putting his nest thermostat on in place of his old thermostat. Could not get a hold of client for approval for labor charges to install his thermostat.
Out for a maintenance upon arrival customer and no concerns after having the customer walk me through the house to look for both units found that the air handler is on a accessible because of one of the tenants added a drilled in shelf in the closet so I was only able to maintenance the condenser outside from what I was able to maintenance. The machine is running good.
Came out for a service call that the machine was not cooling properly checked over the whole machine and did a full diagnosis of air handler and condenser no need to do another tuneup on the machine. I already fully checked over the whole machine.
Machines maintenance. I was currently out here a couple weeks ago and did a full tuneup on one of the machines and repaired a couple parts so only two of the maintenance is needed to be taken care of one of the air handlers is on accessible found return Plenum on the main unit and the second story attic completely disconnected from the air handler. Need to return back with a new Plenum and reconnect it
