Arrived to find system in off position Found indoor fan operation but no compressor Secondary pan was filled with water causing compressor to be tripped. Cleared and treated drain line and advised client system is extremely dirty and this is a band aid solution. Client agreed and wanted to replace system. Arrived to find mismatched system Client has a Goodman 410a straight ac condenser paired with a r22 air handler. Client has a r410a Goodman air handler they wish us to install. Also on property clients were having issues with another apt not cooling well. Investigated to find duct board distribution chamber completely compromised and ventilation is more in attic space rather than home. In order to replace this they would need to remove Sheetrock and I suggested to abandon the box and install all new supply air grills, boot boxes and flex duct to locations in home for better comfort and efficiency. Sent all estimates to be viewed by owners

No cooling, client said system was freezing up. Upon arrival thermostat was off and system has been thawed out. Turned thermostat to cool and condenser came on, however, blower was not running not getting power coming out of blower control board relay. Need to replace blower control circuit board., However, system is 17 years old and has heavy amounts of biological growth buildup inside air handler. Recommended replacing system due to age, condition, and cost of repairs. Client would like a few hours to think about which options you would like to go with and we’ll get back to us later today. System is currently running at this time, however, system may shut down if it tries to cycle off and then back on.
Came out for maintenance upon arrival found a bunch of growth and customers machine along with a rusty capacitor outside went over all options and let customer know customer is gonna talk it over with wife and figure out what they wanna do next

Came out for a customer, wanting a maintenance done and had concerns about the machine dripping water under the coil. Upon arrival found a bunch of growth inside of the air handler, and the bottom part of the coil was pretty caked up, which is leading to it to drip into the bottom insulation Checked over both machines found machines were working correctly and cooling properly. Customer wanted options of repair place.

Upon arrival client stated system would randomly trip breaker for downstairs system . Found bad condenser motor and weak start cap. Replaced and tested system operation. All okay Upstairs system was low on r410a. Advised soon replacement client wanted to proceed with immediate repairs. New motor is over amping and needs replacement again. Came up from maintenance upon arrival customer had no concern other than wanting to upgrade to a mini split when his machine ends up failing machine is only about seven years old. Should that be a long time from now?
Came out because customer was concerned that they were getting scammed upon arrival found customer had problems with the machine sweating more than usual and causing water to run down the side of the machine in the garage. Another company came out and adjusted the fan speed which fixed that problem, but when they fix the fan speed, they told the lady that she needed a polling clean done and at that time she felt she was trying to be sold and scammed again, so she called for a second opinion with Us After I looked over the inside of the machine found nothing clogged on the coil or no reason to pull and clean customer was being scammed
Came out for a customer having problems at air conditioner had another company out earlier that fixed the problem so he called in and said he would just wanted to quote upon arrival. Customer had multiple quotes from other companies and just wanting to wait till the machine breaks down before going with another company
Came out for customer wanting us to clean the coil upon arrival. Customer was promised over the phone that we would come out and assess the problem and be able to take care of it today which with a commercial coil like this without water access on the roof, this is something that needs to be rescheduled and come back to When I told the customer this she said there’s no reason for me to go up there and assess it that the owner of the complex already did that and that we would be wasting our time so then I told her there would be no way that we would be able to do the work today so she is going to look for a new company and if she can’t find one, then we will assess her on Monday or Tuesday
Changed out 55/5 capacitor still needs a new condensing fan motor. Unit does not run.
