Company never showed for my 1st appointment with a 4hr window from 12pm-4pm and sent me an email at 4:50pm saying truck broke down. Rescheduled for next day, all though technician was over an hour late due to his prior service call, he was super nice and professional. John showed me what was wrong, did everything throughly and explained to me what was going on and what he had to do to fix my A/C unit. If not for the technician who did an excellent job and was friendly, I would never call this company again!
He took time to access issues and offer various alternatives. I was able to place my trust in him.
These guys worked their tails off! Full duct removal and installation with insulation blown in afterwards. Extremely hardworking, professional and cleaned up more afterwards than even needed. Skipped lunch so they could get the job done. 10/10!

Client states that bedrooms aren’t cooling enough. Set the thermostat to 73 and it satisfies at 73, however, customer says that it feels warmer. Upon evaluating system found all filters very dirty and system has too many air filters. This is causing high humidity at home. Advised client to either leave the 5 inch media filter in the system and remove all the other filters in the return grills, or remove the 5 inch media filter and keep all the filters in the return girls. Advise client to change the filters that they have currently and put Merv 8 pleated filters in.

Arrived to find system set to cool but was 78 in home Inspected system to find coresense module at condenser tripped. Bypassed to assure core sense module was okay and condenser fan comes on but compressor is pulling LRA! System needs new compressor under manufacture warranty. Installers will need to bring recovery machine and tank out to evactuate system. Will be charging system with factory charge r-410a and replacing in line filter dryer! Client enrolled in maintenance plan while onsite.
System is operating normal at this time. Indoor and outdoor coils were cleaned, all major and minor electrical components were inspected and tested, refrigerant pressures and temperatures were checked. Start up amps were high on compressor. Owner was advised to install surge protectors as well as a hard start kit in addition to being offered a membership.
System not cooling, found system low on refrigerant. System is over 20 years old and uses R-22 refrigerant. This refrigerant is obsolete and system needs to be replaced. Sent landlord estimate to replace AC system. He is getting other quotes. He said he will follow up as soon as he makes a decision
Client says they were hearing a loud noise coming from condenser. Did a complete evaluation of system. Could not hear any noises, however, did find compressor has very high startup amps and there is no surge protector on system. Gave client solutions for issues with system. Client said that she needs to talk to her son before any repairs are made.
Performed tuneup on AC system. Inspected indoor and outdoor coils, replaced air filter, flushed drain line, inspected blower wheel, checked temperatures, checked static pressure, inspected ductwork, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Found biological growth buildup in blower cavity and evaporator coil, UV light is burnt out and not working in blower cavity and is in the wrong location, compressor has high startup amps, and outdoor capacitor is weak. Gave client solutions for issues with system, however, system is 6 years old and out of warranty. Recommend replacing due to age and cost of repairs. Cycling in tested system, all operations OK at this time.
