Great service

From the beginning to the end Mason a/c and heating was great. The scheduler was able to coordinate a short notice service and accommodate the schedule I had. Additionally, based off short a conservation and a quick diagnostic Michael was able to address my problem very quickly and provided me some additional information for routine maintenance. Definitely would recommend and use again.

The first time I came out here, the machine had a small clog in the line. Customer had a little bit of concerns about the machine, not cooling correctly, so I added just a tad bit of refrigerant to see if it would change degrees the degrees only went up by maybe one when I came back today there was water everywhere in the machine. The EVap coil pan is completely caked up and is not allowing water to flow out of it. Also, they return Plenum in the coffin boxes is completely detached from the coffin box and is allowing a lot of attic air to mix along with insulation being sucked into the EA coil. The vape coil needs to be pulled and cleaned Along with the blower wheel that is caked with growth and the return Plenum inside the coffin box needs to be reattached along with re-insulating the coffin box.

Need to go out for AC air handler mastic and seal on the side where it’s leaking. Customer ended up working later until 6:30 PM tonight. Don’t have materials to seal up machine need to reschedule to complete job.

Came out for maintenance upon arrival. Customer had no concerns other than she wanted the machine to be working good for the summertime after going over everything in the machine machine had a perfect temp. Split of 19° and drain was pushing a bunch of water out. customer machine is operational and ready for the summer.

Came out for customers AC not working upon arrival found a 20-year-old machine with R 22 and a leaking coil. The coil is completely deteriorated. Customer needs new machine cannot get customer approved for machine looking into other options for finances.

Arrived to find system undersized and client having issues in master bedroom always hot. Advised client of upsizing system and unfortunately would have to upsize air ducting in home to accommodate for upsized system to assure proper air flows! Client invested in new Daikin fit inverter Heat pump with all new duct system. Will be installing new UV lamp with new system

Water dripping into emergency drain pan from primary pan. There is crack in primary pan causing it to leak out of unit. Need to replace primary pan. Gave client options for repairs, however, system I don’’tis 8 years old and recommend replacing due to age and cost of repairs.

Arrived to find system low on r410A Client previously had a company out and diagnosed a bad condenser coil. Further inspected system to find leaks in evaporator coil. System is 12 years old and out of warranty. Client wanted new quote on system. Hadn’t quote and added Freon made aware we would credit back charge for Freon within 2 weeks

Arrived to find outdoor unit non operational System was out on IOL due to bad start components Advised client system was old and issues could be further with system installed new staring components and tested system to find operating but low on r-22 client has a home warranty and will call them . Client had Task includes -Replacement of start capacitor -Installation of new compressor start assist -Cooling compressor down

System condensate line was clogged and not allowing system to run. Upon further diagnostic the air handler was found to have biological growth, the condenser compressor had higher than rated start up amps and the disconnect box was not in optimal condition (signs of burning and rust). Customer approved recommendations to add an ultra violet light (to reduce biological growth), a new disconnect box, surge protector, a hard start assist, and a condensate line cleaner. Cleared and flushed drain line and tested drain. Cycled AC, all operations good at this time.
