Came out from machine leaking water upon arrival found no water in the drain line and no clog. Machine is covered in growth. One of the words that I’ve seen the growth on the bottom of the coil is causing the machine drip water out the front of the pan recommended customer gets a professional Inspection guy to come in because it looks severe and the machine is not too old also because they have kids in the house and I don’t wanna do a temp, fix and cause more launch problems

Mach one system maintenance performed and system is now operating normally. Condensate line was found to have an ascending pitch, not allowing proper draining and causing float switch to trip periodically. This caused the return plenum to become saturated with water. Customer was informed of this and paid for reconstruction of condensate line, allowing proper draining. Customer was advised and agreed to replace return plenum as well (to be completed 4/24/25). Condensate line flushed, air temperatures were recorded and are good static pressures are good, refrigerant pressure and temperatures were checked and are good, all major and minor electrical components were checked. Compressor did have excess inrush amps upon startup, customer was advised of this and opted for a hard start kit per recommendation. Customers was informed their preexisting uv bulb was burnt out and agreed to replacing it per recommendation. Bulb has been ordered and will be installed with new return plenum.

Returned and investigated further into system about breaker tripping. Found no indications of a reason for system to trip the breaker. Asked further questions to then discover that the outdoor unit would randomly turn off then client would have to reset the breakers by turning off then back on to reset system. Checked Freon pressures to find extremely low on r-410a. Found leak in condenser coil. Need to order jew condenser coil under. 1 st year warranty. Charged system to get client by.

Arrived to find system working. Mr melrose stated system would trip breaker he would reset would run sometimes for 2 hrs and then sometimes 3. System had been running for roughly 12 hrs when I arrived inspected all high voltage wiring to system and when I touched breaker feeding condenser it was extremely hot to the touch. Ran to ace and grabbed another breaker system now operating as designed

Replaced thermostat and system is now cooling with a 20 degree temp split and has dropped 5 degrees while on site. Payed by check please mail invoice of today and yesterday to PO Box 68
