We were pleased with the speedy trouble call response and repair!
Aaron is a hard worker. Got here on time and started working. Had before questions on parts and he explained them and I was good with his answers. Tested the ac running before leaving and all working good again. We finished the paper work and Arron was out and maybe to the next customer. Great Work Arron! Thanks
Arron was very polite and explained issues with my ac. Was patient alloying me ample time to decide on which repair plan I would choose. Looking forward to next visit to have my ac/unit repaired and central air again. Thanks
Aaron was very thorough and answered our many questions. Communicated well and always got back to us as needed.
Joshua was amazing. First was the smile and then that amazing friendliness. I think people forget how important that is when getting service. He was helpful and empowered me with the solution to ensure I don’t keep having issues. I did not feel for one moment he was there to make up reasons to charge me. This company has been added to my contacts because they do so much more than HVAC. Service and integrity is something no one should have to pay for, but comes free with this company and the people they choose to hire. Thank you. I am beyond pleased.
Prompt emergency service (6:30pm on Saturday showing up within 1 hour) honest and fair evaluation of problem. Service Tech Hunter did a superb job and deserves my highest rating.
Awesome job by Brad! He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Great job Brad!
Hunter was professional and courteous-Told me what is needed and didn’t try to upsell -Overall great guy for the ac world.
Quick, professional, on time and very knowledgable. He offered great prices for cleaning our hotels mini splits. Will definitely hire again!
I really liked James Renfroe, he came out after hours to check on my AC because none else would. After coming out we decided I needed a nice AC and he held the price for me for a few days before I made my decision. He even worked with me on the price, all around great guy. The two men that came out did a fast, quick and quite job, I have no problems with them. Where it kind of fall apart is with the office, they never send me any of the paperwork for my unit that I need to file a rebate with my electric company. Even after calling them and asking for this information many times. If you are reading this please send me this information, I'll love to give you 5 stars.
No cooling, blower is running, but the condenser is not. Getting 24 V to defrost control but contactor is not pulling in. Getting 24 V across high-pressure switch. Ohmed out high pressure switch and getting open switch. Bypassed high-pressure switch by moving the purple wire to contactor to get cooling for now. Checked refrigerant pressures and refrigerant pressures are within factory specs. Ordered pressure switch and part should take a week or so to get in. Needs to be ordered from factory. System is cooling and running OK at this time.
Client wanted estimate to clean evaporator coil, upon inspection of system, found evaporator coil, full of biological growth and pretty dirty. Also, system is low on refrigerant. Being low on refrigerant means there is a leak somewhere in system, explained to client that leak could be in the evaporator coil and would not be able to determine that until a leak search is performed. So with that being said, advised client that a leak search would be in the best interest just in case the leak is in evaporator coil so that the coil can be replaced versus pulled out and cleaned, however, system is 13 years old and recommend replacing due to age and cost of repairs. Client is waiting to see what home warranty will cover. Home warranty does not kick in until October 3 and client will call us back when ready to make a decision.
Gave client estimates to replace AC system in lobbies for five levels. Client needs to bring estimates to the board and will have an answer by the end of the month or the beginning of next month.

Showed up to homeowners’s house talked to the homeowner on the phone every time the unit condenser tries to kick on the breaker pops took photos. No it’s a bad compressor on a Dean fit. Advised James of the situation. James is looking into it. Having to call Daikin to see what a compressor and a new board for the deck can fit would be ha ha system had extreme water damage to compressor and outside unit from the hurricane
No cooling, compressor starts, and system is freezing up. Found bad blower motor/module. Also found biological growth buildup inside blower cavity and there is no surge protection on system. Gave client solutions for issues with system. Client chose to just replace the blower motor, which is under parts warranty and install surge protector. Had to order motor, should take one to two business days to arrive. Client is responsible for labor on blower motor. Need to call and schedule to return to replace parts. Client got approved for financing through synchrony.

Homeowner has a 2 ton straight cool system horizontal in the attic advised me that he doesn’t have very good credit. I told him that we offer for financing. He did say he wants to look into it. He’s got a couple more people coming to give quotes to measurements he’s very interested in the Probation of the 30 gallon lowboy water heater he said if he gets approved he’ll move forward with us. He just needs a little bit of time to deal with the Internet stuff and he’ll apply on financing.
