Performed tuneup on AC system. Inspected indoor and outdoor coils, flushed drain line, inspected blower wheel, checked temperatures, checked static pressure, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Found a heavy amounts of biological growth buildup inside air handler, Air handler is not filtered properly and evaporator coil is plugged up with a heavy amount of animal hair, blower wheel needs to be pulled and cleaned, UV light needs to be installed to kill any biological growth, air purifier needs to be installed to eliminate and reduce pet dander And help with allergies, air handler needs to be sanitized. Gave client options and client went with the system rejuvenation package. Returning tomorrow, Wednesday, November 19 to pull and clean evaporator coil, blower wheel, remove air handler temporarily, and install it on an aluminum stand with a 5 inch media filter. Reinstalling air handler, installing an air purifier and a 24 V UV light. Client
Client was advised by third party remediation contractor that growth was present in both system air handlers. Performed system inspection and recommended installation of ultraviolet sterilizers as well as duct cleaning service. Advised client of system age and likelihood of replacement over next several years. Discussed possibility of duct cleaning and ultraviolet sanitization provided free of charge with preemptive system replacement. After discussing options further, client chose to proceed with installation of basic ultraviolet systems in both AHU. Client has scheduling conflict and I am unable to complete work today, will need to return Saturday or Tuesday to install ultraviolet systems. Deposit of $500 collected, balance of $1000 due on installation.
2011 Trane XR20i condenser tripping low pressure cutoff. Refrigerant levels within operable range and blower spinning at appropriate speed. Failure of control board and/or low pressure cutoff switch. Communicated with management to determine cost and availability for repairs. Called and sent text message to client with pricing.
Found supply plenum leaking cool air from bottom of plenum. Needs to be re sealed and mastic sealed.
Came out because customer had another company come out for a maintenance and they told them that their compressor had a small leak and that the coil was leaking, but they couldn’t find where the leak was at after doing a sniffer throughout the whole machine did not find any leaks at the coil or at the compressor or any joints. Upon arrival. The machine was cooling properly and was not even on because I met temperature recommended customer monitor of the machine during the hottest times of the day and to call me back if it is not keeping up, the customer does not live at the home currently so he hast to go back back-and-forth to check it

Upon arrival, the homeowners son said that he’s not allowed to leave the garage door open anymore because the unit won’t keep up after checking over everything and checking time split everything looks good. Try to get a hold of the parents to ask a little bit more questions both of them are busy at this time Before leaving was not able to talk to anybody.
Recommend replacing front filter on regular basis current one is restricting airflow Improved indoor air quality and keeping interior coil clean can be achieved with a Unique UV bulb and Air scrubber on duct installed Maintenance was completed and system will be working normally with a new filter
Unit 1 is down needs to be recharged and leak sealant added with maintenance , unit 2 and 3 need maintenance
