Excellent Service

Have had my share of unethical service personnel. Nick was on time. Explained to me everything that he was going to do. He was very professional and very detailed in his work. I would and will highly recommend this company. Thank you for giving me great service and peace of mind.

Client experiencing growth issues in air handler and induct work. Inspected dock working and did not find any issues, however, client still wanted an estimate to replace his ductwork. Noticed that the AC system is oversized for home. There is currently a 4 ton system in home now and should be a 3.5 ton. Gave client options to replace heat pump system. Client has other estimates to review and will get back to us.

No cooling, found system tripped on H2 L refrigerant leak sensor. There is refrigerant in system and no leaks found with electronic leak detector. Determined that system has a bad sensor. Ordered sensor from manufacturer and need to return once sensor comes in to make repair. Temporarily bypassed sensor to get client cooling for now.

there was nothing wrong with the AC. They had a mold company come in saying that there was a bunch of mold in the system found small traces recommended IQ, but there was nothing wrong with the system at all and then we ended up deleting the schedule on the thermostat, which was causing the thermostat to jump up and temperatures

Client requests options to add thermostat with locking capabilities. Provided estimates for Ecobee thermostats as well as installing locking boxes around thermostats. Client chose to install locking boxes. Service completed on site. Balance collected via cc. No further action necessary.

AC system not cooling adequately. Did a complete evaluation of system. Noticed that attic was not insulated enough, recommended having attic insulated properly with R 38 insulation. Also system is low on refrigerant. Recommended to do a leak search and add refrigerant into the system, client declined at this time. Client is going to check with this company who installed system and see if there is still a labor warranty.

Came out because customer had an inspector. Tell her when she bought the house that inside machine tonnage was different than the outside. She said she had another company come out and said the machine was running good and nothing was needed. Wanted to double check and make sure that it was working efficiently check temp split file. The temp split up about 23°, which is running really good and the customer machine was actually off because temperature was me out of the home when I arrived.

Came out because customer wanted a second opinion I’m getting their coils cleaned up upon arrival. Coil was not impacted other than very little amount of dirt. I let customer know they had an emergency over the weekend and called a company that they don’t usually use. I wanted to make sure they weren’t getting scammed. I advised the customer what they should do and they’re satisfying.I’m

No cooling, system running upon arrival, however, compressor is rattling very loud and not pumping refrigerant. Then compressor shut off on overload. Got compressor to cool down and compressor started up. OK however start up amps were very high. Also static pressure very high on system, even with lower merv filter in it. Cold air return is undersized. Need to change 16 inch flex to 18 inch flex and 9 inch flex 10 inch flex. Also recommended replacing compressor. Compressor still under parts warranty. System was never registered by company who installed it so there is only a five year parts warranty. System is running and operating at this time, however, it will go out again. Client is going to try to have company who installed system to come back and fix return and make other repairs.

Found system tripping out on high head pressure Removed charge again to still find restriction in 3/8 copper piping at air handler. Removed pipe and repaired with new. Pulled 497 micron vac and checked charge again. System ran for almost 45 mins dropped temp down in home from 80-77 before leaving and pressures never sky rocketed. Believe this is the final fix for this system
