Gave client estimate to replace straight cool AC system with gas furnace. Client decided to move forward with installation. Installing new 2.5 ton first company straight cool AC with carrier, gas, furnace, and evaporator coil Friday, July 18, as long as condenser arrives before then.

No cooling, all three thermostats need to be set to cooling in order for one or more of the units to operate. Reset system and switched all thermostats to cool and tested system. Checked refrigerant pressures, refrigerant pressures are within specs. System is operating normal at this time.
There was nothing wrong with unit. She didn’t know how to work the controller thermostats.
