Service seemed good. Technician knowledgeable and friendly. Yearly service 1/2 off first time and good price. Had smart thermostat installed which took about 5 minutes and charged $129. I thought that too high so way lowering rating.

System not cooling adequately, drain line keeps clogging dripping the flow switch. Did a complete evaluation of AC system. Found heavy amounts of biological growth buildup in evaporator coil and blower cavity, ductwork needs to be cleaned, contactor is burnt and pitted, and compressor has high startup amps. Gave client solutions for issues with the system, however, system is 12 years old and recommend replacing due to age and cost of repairs. Client is going to talk everything over with spouse and said he will get back to us at the end of the week or the beginning of next week. They had a complementary drain clean and flush for client. We were just out here two weeks ago. System is running and operating at this time.

Came out for maintenance on two different machines. Upon arrival. Customer had no concerns. After looking over both machines, both of the machines were cooling properly and had good temp splits. One of the air handlers in the attic had growth growing inside of it, but there was not enough room to put a UV also the machines are 20 years old so customer would like to wait to replace them with mini splits

Arrived to find unit not cooling. Tested system to find shorted compressor. Client stated they had a power outage and issues then began. Gave estimate for new system
Found bad blower motor intermittently running. Got system to stay running long enough to verify system was also low on r-22. Advised replacement due to age and cost of repairs. Client had concerns of air flow issues to other side of home and determined systems duct work was undersized for those rooms and for that portion of the home. Will need to upsize system to a 4 ton and add a remote return to the other side of home where it’s not cooling well. Client put down a 5,000$ deposits via CC approval by Shawn. Remaining balance will be due after completion of work!
Performed tune up on system, cleaned coils and interior of air handler, cleaned drain line, checked systems refrigerant pressures and temperatures, checked capacitor, verified all major and minor electrical components are working properly. Amps for compressor are over the rated amount for start up, found biological growth in air handler, there were no surge protectors on indoor or outdoor unit. Provided client solutions for these issues and client needs to talk to spouse. Client renewed annual membership.
Upstairs unit is not cooling, did a complete evaluation of AC system. Found refrigerant pressure is low which means there’s a leak in the system. Did a complementary electronic leak search and could not find where leak is coming from. Also contactor is burnt annd pitted and compressor has high startup amps. Recommended doing a leak search with UV dye and adding 3 pounds of R410 a refrigerant, replacing contactor, And installing a hard start kit to reduce compressor amps, however, system is 8 years old and recommended replacing due to age and cost of repairs. Client needs to discuss with wife overnight and will get back to us.
Brennan G Today I visited for a system maintenance. I tested the equipment in heating mode. The system is clean and all of the electrical components are within specs. I replaced the media filter and verified the drain line is clear. The condenser and evap coils are clean. The equipment is operating normally at this time
Brennan G Today I returned to preform the previously quoted repairs. I replaced the condenser fan motor and installed a sure switch relay. The system is now working normally.
Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling. I discovered the contactor relay and condenser fan motor had failed. I scheduled a return visit for tomorrow to preform repairs.
